ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Brent Glantz — a former MLS NEXT player, collegiate player, and professional-level coach who’s spent years helping players reach their potential.

He grew up playing at the highest youth level, earning opportunities in Spain and Portugal before playing college soccer, where he was named Player of the Year. After recognizing the lack of professional development and coaching, he transitioned fully into coaching and development.

Since then, he's coached over 200 players, worked with 10+ youth teams, and trained players from ages 7 to 21 — from beginners to national team players.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for motivated footballers who want structured, purposeful training, and get real results — whether you’re a youth player, high school athlete, or competing at the top level, the training is completely personalized to your level and position.

Do I need a coach or team to use this?

No. The program is built so players can train independently while seeing real improvements that translate into games. You don't need any specific equipment or specific playing experience. Upon joining a brief qualifying call, we will determine what program is most suitable for you and then provide you with anything that is necessary for development and improvement.

Will pricing be discussed on the call?

If we determine that it’s a good fit, we’ll walk you through available training options and next steps during the call. Pricing is discussed after understanding your needs.

How fast will I see results?

The reality is everyone improves at different speeds. The work you put in is the results you will get out. The program is designed to set you up for long term success, not a shortcut to the top. So if you stick with the plan and stay disciplined, you will see results. But if you are looking for something to skyrocket your success in days or few weeks, this program is not designed for shortcuts.
